Public Meetings

The Board of Directors (Board), Reinvestment Advisory Committee (RAC), and Finance Committee meet regularly—typically on a monthly basis, though dates may vary. Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held at City Hall (451 S. State Street) and include a virtual attendance option.

  • The Board, which serves as the policy-making body, meets on the second Tuesday of each month.

  • The RAC, which provides advisory input on CRA policy, meets on the first Wednesday of each month.

  • The Finance Committee, which reviews and recommends action on loan applications, tax increment reimbursement agreements, and land write-downs, meets as needed.

Meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours before each meeting.
